Deliveries/Returns & Contact details
Once an order has been placed and payment confirmed, we will then pick your order and expedite it as quickly as possible. Deliveries will usual take between 2-5 days from leaving our premises, to arriving at yours, dependent on stock availability.
All deliveries are carried out on our behalf by third party couriers/transport companies.
You will be notified when your delivery has been dispatched and we will provide you with a consignment tracking number.
When completing your delivery details, please ensure you supply a contact telephone number. With this, the delivery company will contact you on the day of delivery and inform you of what time they expect to be with you. You will be required to sign for your delivery when it is delivered.

You can return any unused item within 30 days from date of purchase and we will gladly replace the item or offer a full refund. Original labels must be intact and in place and all original packaging must be returned. A refund will be issued within 2 working days from the date we receive your returned item. You will be refunded for your full payment. You must pay the return postage to us.
For Faulty Items - All items are manufactured to the highest standards and come with 1 year warranty. Should you have any issues whatsoever, please contact us and will will point you in the right direction.
